COVID-19 UPDATE

To ensure you have access to beer during the current COVID-19 situation we are offering free delivery on all orders around the country until the 15th April.

With border closures and lots of demand for online shopping at the moment we are working closely with our delivery partners at Fastway to keep orders moving. If you experience a delay of a day or two it is most likely due to one of these factors.



DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our beer is delivered fresh from our brewery in the Northern Rivers of NSW. This ensures you’re getting the freshest beer possible, delivered direct from the brewery to your door.

Here’s some more information about how we get beer to you.

When will my order be sent?
We send orders daily and will get your beer or merch on it's way to you within 24 hours, except weekends and public holidays.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We’re keen to minimise delivery costs as much as possible while also making our beer accessible to you, wherever you are in Australia.

As a rule of thumb, delivery is quicker and cheaper the closer you are to the East Coast and in particular our backyard of the Northern Rivers of NSW and South East Queensland.

We also offer free delivery over $99 across our Backyard, East Coast major & regional cities and Adelaide.

Tracking
We’ll send you a tracking number in your order confirmation email and update you when your order has left the brewery. From there you’ll receive a notification from Fastway on the day your order is being delivered and once it’s been delivered to you.

Is there anywhere you don’t deliver?
We currently don’t delivery to NT, outside of Darwin, and dry zones in SA and QLD. We also can’t deliver to PO Boxes.

Can deliveries be left at my address if no one is there?
Definitely, as long as there’s a somewhere safe and you’ve let us know that it’s ok to leave it. You can do this by selecting Authority To Leave during the checkout process.

Identification and Responsible Service of Alcohol
Stone & Wood supports the responsible consumption of beer including moderation and legal age requirements. Just like a pub the delivery driver may ask for ID or refuse delivery if you appear intoxicated.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong thing or your order is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can resolve things quickly.
